1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Calm Loom website (calm-loom.sg) and the purchase of any digital guides and educational resources offered through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Services

Calm Loom offers downloadable digital guides on style, wardrobe planning, and personal dressing, intended for personal and educational use. Current available products are:

• The Singapore Comfort Code — S$14 (PDF download)
• Your Complete Wardrobe Blueprint — S$28 (PDF download)

All products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Descriptions of guide contents on this website are for informational purposes and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must complete the order form on our website, providing accurate and complete contact details including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. Submission of the form constitutes an offer to purchase the selected guide at the stated price.

An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email containing your download link. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or error in product pricing. If we cancel your order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation via our designated payment method as communicated during checkout.

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased guide, please contact us at hello@calm-loom.sg within 14 days of your purchase date and we will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include re-sending the download link or issuing a full or partial refund at our discretion.

If a guide is found to contain a material error that significantly misrepresents its content as described on this website, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in good faith.

These refund provisions are in addition to, and do not limit, any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (Cap. 52A) of Singapore or other applicable Singapore law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Calm Loom website — including text, design, graphics, and the full content of all guides — is the intellectual property of Calm Loom / The Loom Studio and is protected by applicable copyright laws in Singapore and internationally.

Purchase of a guide grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the guide for your own private and educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any guide or part thereof in any form
• Share your download link with other individuals
• Use guide content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
• Modify or create derivative works based on any guide

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The guides and all information on this website are provided for general educational and informational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, Calm Loom makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information for any particular purpose.

Style and wardrobe advice is inherently subjective. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, body type, lifestyle, and personal preference. Nothing in our guides should be construed as professional fashion, personal styling, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Calm Loom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the guides, including but not limited to loss of income, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with a guide purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that guide.
